Administrative Assistant (PCT)

This is a dual role working as Administrative Assistant and Patient Care Technician
This position provides administrative support to a Team while making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
In the administrative role, you will ensure the timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices and purchase orders. You also will assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.
In the Patient Care Tech (PCT) role, you are responsible for providing safe and comfortable dialysis treatment for patients, setting up their hemodialysis machines, and documenting details during their treatment while ensuring the quality of the chemicals used. You will be working with blood and needles

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - reporting time will be 4:30a-6:30a.
Requirements:
We seek a personable individual with excellent computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Office).
Type 60 WPM
High school diploma or GED (will be verified during post offer of employment)
Obtained their CMS- approved Patient Care Technician (PCT) certification (CCHT) and at times operates as a PCT.
