Analytics and Reporting Sr Analytics (IKC)

The Senior Analyst will join Gemini Insights, a specialized analytics team dedicated to transforming Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) operations through best-in-class reporting.  In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, interpreting, and visualizing Total Cost of Care and Clinical Operations performance measures.  You will own key metrics, serving as a strategic partner to clinical leadership by turning complex data into actionable insights that drive patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Execution: Utilize SQL to query data warehouses for validation and ad-hoc analysis, ensuring data accuracy across all reporting products.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Clinical Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to support clinical and strategic initiatives, while building strong rapport and bringing a positive and curious mindset to working groups.

  • Reporting Project Ownership: Own the monthly production, QA, and distribution of ad hoc and pilot reporting.  This can include querying and manipulating data in SQL, building summarized views in Excel, PowerPoint, or Tableau, and ensuring strict file integrity for leadership dashboards.

  • Metric Ownership: Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned clinical metrics within reporting, interpreting trends and investigating root causes of performance drivers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably within healthcare

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (required for data extraction/validation) and Tableau; advanced Excel skills.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Public Health, or related field.

  • Competencies: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to translate technical data into business narratives; detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
