What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Lead by Example: Supervise, mentor, and guide our clinical staff, including Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), fostering a culture of excellence.
Drive Patient Outcomes: Coordinate comprehensive patient care plans and closely monitor health outcomes to ensure optimal results.
Deliver Excellence: Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and compassionate dialysis care every single day.
Create Connections: Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients and their families, becoming a cornerstone of their healthcare journey.
Collaborate: Work dynamically in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and supportive team environment.
What You'll Bring (Requirements)
Credentials: Current RN license and active CPR certification.
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is highly preferred.
Experience: At least 18 months of RN experience, which must include 6+ months of dialysis experience. Background in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg is a strong plus!
Leadership Readiness: Successful completion of Charge RN readiness approval is required.
Bonus Qualifications: CNN or CDN certification is a fantastic addition to your profile.
Tech Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including navigating Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and holidays to support our patients' needs.
