Clinical Programs Manager

The Manager of Clinical Programs, supports the development and delivery of clinical project and programs to improve patient outcomes and further organizational goals. 

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Begins collaborating and partner with OCMO and other teams/village wide to evaluate clinical performance and determine appropriate clinical programs to positively impact outcomes

  • Analyze data and provide insights to tell a meaningful story and support decision making

  • Begins to interface with numerous teams to include: OCMO, Physician Experience, Physician Education, Patient Education, Patient Experience, Clinical Education, Clinical Analytics, Home, IKC, Field, IT, CWOW, CMT, Compliance, Legal, Policies and Procedures (P&P) committee as appropriate

  • Organize follow up, documentation, and tracking to ensure progress and proactively identify risks and opportunities

  • Begins to manage and coordinate new initiatives from idea generation to implementation: new clinical program/ initiative design and development, training and communication materials development, pilot facilities support (training, communication, tracking and follow-up), pilot results review and evaluation, development of field and physician communications, training tools and the facilitation of Village wide implementation

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Project and program management skills – a minimum of two years of project management and/or project implementation experience is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate via influence

  • Presentation skills: Comfortable putting together storylines in PowerPoint

  • Communication skills: Ability to synthesize and convey research/analyses to senior management

  • Organizational skills:  ability to drive multiple work lanes, prioritize, and manage programs

  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to structure ambiguous problems, think creatively, generate and test hypotheses

  • High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Desire to be part of a fun and hard-working team

  • Dedication, above all, to caring for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure across the nation.

  • No direct reports

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of project management and/or project implementation experience is preferred

  • Experience or degree in a healthcare-related field strongly preferred
