Customer Experience Reporting and Analytics Analyst (Tableau & SQL)

General Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a Customer Experience Reporting and Analytics Analyst to turn customer and operational data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for a data-savvy professional with strong Tableau and SQL skills who enjoys building dashboards, automating reports, and delivering clear, impactful analytics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for customer analytics

  • Write SQL queries to analyze data from multiple sources

  • Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights

  • Perform ad-hoc and exploratory analysis of customer, ticketing, and contact center data to identify trends and opportunities

  • Present findings clearly using Tableau, Excel, or PowerPoint

  • Support customer experience improvement initiatives through key metrics and insights

  • Manage multiple projects in an agile environment

Education, Experience, Qualifications, or Certifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics-focused roles

  • Strong Tableau dashboard development skills

  • Solid SQL skills for querying, joining, and aggregating data

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly detail-oriented

Preferred

  • Experience with NICE CXone or other contact center data

  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Excel

  • Familiarity with applying statistical or mathematical concepts in data analysis
