Director, Website Experience and Enablement
Lead the transformation of DaVita’s digital platforms into a credible, scalable engine for the business. This role owns the strategy, design, and operational enablement of the digital experience—ensuring web and digital platforms are modern, trusted, high-performing, and future-proofed for the age of AI.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Platform Transformation: Lead the strategic transformation of the website from a content encyclopedia into an integrated platform that supports B2C and B2B education, engagement, reputation management, and tangible business outcomes.
Strategy & Design Ownership: Own the end-to-end strategy, UX/UI design, and operational enablement for DaVita’s digital experiences to ensure they are best-in-class.
Operational Rigor & Scale: Establish the necessary rigor, processes, and governance required to scale digital platforms responsibly and efficiently.
Performance & Quality: Oversee platform performance, including QA, bug tracking, and rapid response protocols to ensure a high-performing, trusted user experience.
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and optimize against key metrics, including analytics, funnel fallout, and user engagement, to continuously improve the digital journey.
Innovation & Technology: Lead the implementation of modern web technologies and AI capabilities to future-proof the digital experience.
Lead & Develop Team: Lead and develop a high-performing team
Education and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Business, or related field preferred.
10+ years of experience in user experience design, digital product management, or digital strategy.
Strong portfolio or track record of leading large-scale digital platform transformations.
Experience managing cross-functional teams across UX/UI, development, and operations.
Travel and Time Requirements
Travel: Up to 10-20%
Nights/Weekends: As needed for critical projects or launches.
