DaVita is Hiring!

We are looking for a Divisional Patient Care Technician Float to support patients within the multiple divisions. you will support patients that have end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.


No Dialysis Experience is Required!

This position is required to travel to various clinics that are within the Region. You will be floating from multiple divisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care

  • Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment

  • Set up and maintain dialysis equipment

  • Record vital signs and patient data

  • Educate patients on treatment and kidney health

  • Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members


Requirements

  • Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent

  • Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment

  • Physically able to work long shifts on your feet

  • Willing to float between local clinics if needed

  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
