Educator II (ROPS)
The Revenue Operations (ROPS) Educator supports the delivery, evaluation and management of learning programs. They provide impactful learning experiences and resources to build skills and competencies across the organization by managing and delivering new hire role-based training and other professional/personal development training. Their efforts involve monitoring the implementation of initiatives while partnering with designers, educators, subject matter experts, learning analysts and leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training Delivery - Delivers informal and formal learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective.
Prepares for training delivery
Delivers training using various learning methodologies
Encourages participation and builds learner motivation
Delivers constructive feedback, escalating issues to leadership as needed
Observes and coaches other educators and adjunct trainers to ensure learning outcomes
- Manage Learning Programs & Evaluate Learning Impact - Prioritizes and implements training projects and activities & uses learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact.
Manages and implements projects and action plans
Coordinates with leadership, program sponsors and other resources
Identifies and manages customer expectations
Analyzes and interprets evaluation data
Makes recommendations to aid decision-making around curriculum
Creates and maintains the Curriculum Plan
- Instructional Design - Designs and develops informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods
Conducts needs assessments
Applies learning theory & identifies appropriate learning approach collaborating with design team
Designs and develops instructional material
- Coordinate Training/Onboarding Activities
Assists with onboarding of new teammates and adjunct trainers
Reviews new hire lists and coordinates onboarding and learning advisor activities
Updates reporting dashboards, calendars, new hire lists and teammate trackers for their respective areas of responsibility
- Other duties as assigned.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Education, or related area – Preferred
Healthcare industry experience – Preferred
Demonstrated experience using adult learning theory and methodologies to design and deliver training – Required
Highly effective facilitator/trainer – Required
Effective planning and time management skills – Required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook – Required
Independent problem solving and decision making skills along with the ability to exercise sound judgment – Required
Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint – Required
Excellent interpersonal skills – Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Required
TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS:
Travel: up to 10%
Nights/Weekends: rare
