Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, or a related financial or consulting / analytical role, with a preference for experience in healthcare or a related industry
Proven expertise in financial modeling and data analysis with a strong command of Excel and other analytical tools
Experience managing financial processes and projects
Strong communication and presentation skills to share business updates and recommendations to team leaders and key stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team
Responsibilities:
Lead monthly and quarterly treatment volume financial reporting, providing results, variance analysis, and insights for decision-making
Lead in-year and long-term strategic planning forecasting processes for treatment volume finance lane
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights, business drivers, and key metrics to internal stakeholders
Identify & lead work streams to improve financial processes
Provide detailed analyses of key operational data to measure the ongoing performance of the business
Provide analytical support to clinical and operational teammates, enhancing decision making processes
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Responsible for talent acquisition, development, and retention within the team
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with finance and analytics systems like Essbase, Anaplan, and Tableau preferred
