Manager, Records Management (Legal)

The Manager, Records Management & Special Projects is a full time role located in Denver, CO, Brentwood, TN, or El Segundo, CA. This role will be a key teammate reporting to the Director, Village Records Strategy and Special Projects in the Legal Department; this role will also liaison heavily with Operations, IT, and Product teams. This role will be responsible for project planning and execution related to Information Governance, centering around records and document management transformation initiatives aimed at effectively managing high priority clinical and business documents.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project plans that drive accountability for complex, cross-functional records management initiatives
  • Leverage hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities for digitization and enhanced records retention programs; distill complex records management problems into cohesive, action-oriented approaches
  • Prepare compelling executive-level presentations; presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences
  • Analyze critical data and information necessary for execution and decision making. Responsible for synthesizing numerous sources of data and key analysis and translating into specific actions
  • Work within records management team and other business stakeholders in coordination to execute project plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience. Healthcare experience preferred
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work across diverse teams and navigate competing priorities
  • Personal Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working autonomously
  • Ambiguity & Change Management: Comfortable leading in rapidly evolving, ambiguous environments
  • Executive Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, capable of influencing senior and executive-level audiences.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable impact through clinical or operational strategies.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated strengths in project management and execution
  • Data Analytics: Demonstrated strengths in analytical problem solving; ability to analyze complex data sets, develop insights, recommendations, and options, thorough and thought out plans inclusive of alternative
