Patient Care Technician
DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
We are seeking a flexible, reliable, and motivated Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our float pool. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care across multiple locations, ensuring our clinics are fully supported during peak times or staffing transitions.
Shift Details & Schedule
Status: Full-Time Float (3–4 days per week based on clinical need).
Hours: Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours.
Timing: Standard shift window is approximately 05:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Availability: Must be available Monday through Saturday.

As a float position, your primary work location will fluctuate between:
Darke County Clinic
Eaton Clinic
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
Record vital signs and patient data
Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Requirements
Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
Willing to float between local clinics if needed
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
