Program Manager, Clinical Programs (Clinical Transformation)
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining new programs and processes to enhance DaVita IKC’s nurse practitioner provider Program.
The Program Manager, Clinical Programs, will work collaboratively with teams across the organization to support the development and implementation of nurse practitioner provider strategies. The Manager will use process improvement and change management methodologies to support teammates during the implementation of a new process. This position will establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships with capability owners to drive the successful execution of various programs. This position will help develop overall tactical and strategic goals that align with its mission and values. This role will also support other senior leadership in presenting program results and solutions to clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate the creation and implementation of new and updated processes to support the nurse practitioner role
Work cross-functionally across teams to support nurse practitioner provider strategy and management processes
Ideate, build, and scale new operational processes to enable improved care for our patients (test pilots, assist with scaling)
Facilitate regular workgroup meetings to align and operationalize strategies related to nurse practitioners
Communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of clinical and business stakeholders through written and verbal communication

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
4+ years of experience in healthcare-related fields required
Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change
Healthcare program management experience required
Experience designing, implementing and maintaining strategic healthcare initiatives required
Experience addressing social drivers of health preferred
Experience running and testing healthcare pilot programs preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Comfort with ambiguity

Willingness to understand the complexity of healthcare markets
