ANALYST, REDWOODS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM JOB DESCRIPTION:
DaVita’s Leadership Development Program, internally called the “Redwoods Program,” provides an unparalleled development experience. The program is designed to expose you to the business and operational cornerstones that make DaVita the leading healthcare provider that it is today. You will receive intentional, upfront, and ongoing training consisting of both hard and soft skills. In addition to their full-time role, participants have an opportunity to manage a cross-functional project in the business to expand their skill set. Frequent coaching sessions and two formal mentor relationships provide opportunities for candid feedback and continued growth. The goal is to support your development in becoming a strong DaVita teammate with leadership potential.
Potential teams include finance (corporate, field, and technology), strategy, data analytics, operations innovation, clinical enterprise, patient experience, hospital partnerships, government business, real estate, and human resources. All participants join DaVita as an Analyst and support various team functions across the Village. In addition to mentorship, executive exposure, and skill-building trainings, the curriculum includes:
Leadership Experience & Develop Technical Skills
Three-week intensive training focused on understanding the business and preparing you for your role as analyst. You will have an opportunity to apply the skills learned and present a business case to senior leadership.
Participate in personal and professional development sessions throughout the year to enhance your analyst skill set
Mentoring & Coaching
Develop your skills as a world class leader through feedback and coaching from senior leaders, executive and peer mentors, and an executive coach.
Develop your emotional intelligence, or EQ, through training and 360 feedback
Cohort Experience
Join a cohort of 25+ recent graduates. Build your network and learn together as you embark on your career.
Ideal Analyst Qualifications (healthcare background not required):
Demonstrated leadership potential
Strong analytical / quantitative skills, highly skilled in problem solving and critical thinking
Ability to manage work and prioritize responsibilities
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Alignment with DaVita’s Mission and Core Values
Permanent U.S. work authorization is required

Salary Information
Position Base Range
Redwoods Analyst: $60,500 - $81,900
Note: Starting pay will be commensurate with qualifications & experience
Bonus Eligible: Yes
