Registered Nurse Lead / Clinical Coordinator

DaVita is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Lead / Clinical Coordinator to join our outpatient dialysis team. This is a hands-on clinical leadership role that works side-by-side with the team on the treatment floor, providing direct patient care while guiding clinical operations.

In this role, you will not be removed from the bedside—you’ll be actively initiating and terminating dialysis, assessing patients, and supporting teammates in real time. If you’re a nurse leader who leads by example and values staying clinically engaged, this role may be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Current RN license and CPR certification
• 3 years of RN experience
• 6+ months dialysis preferred
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
