Sr Analyst, Clinical Programs (Clinical Transformation)

The Sr Analyst, Clinical Programs, will collaborate with others on initiatives critical to improving clinical outcomes for DaVita patients in line with enterprise strategy. They are expected to effectively manage individual work streams, including projects from start to completion, and communicate recommendations to their team leads and cross-functional partners. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilites:

  • Works collaboratively to organize and prioritize requests from cross-functional teams within VillageHealth and across DaVita and track progress against goals 

  • Spearheads special projects, including structuring the work, managing the process, and driving the right set of analysis 

  • Analyzes, interprets, and summarizes clinical, financial, and operational data; evaluates business impact, provides recommendations, and potential solutions 

  • Creates and delivers presentations to convey complex ideas and findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis, identifying next steps, and developing implementation plans to diverse audiences at every level 

  • Solves ambiguous problems by breaking down key drivers and developing an approach to solving. This may include recommending new or updated system functionality, changes to team processes, or work prioritization, etc. 

  • Travel up to 10%

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of two years of experience in full project lifecycle management, strategic analysis, management consulting, business strategy, or similar.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to professional audiences.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business impact.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships, foster effective teams and partner with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in the healthcare industry.

  • Experience with large-scale business transformations with tangible impact on operating/financial performance.
