Sr Analyst, Tableau Development,

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for leading the development of Tableau reports, which are utilized as a key source for evaluating program performance and informing care model decisions. You will utilize your technical expertise, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to understand business needs and translate these into technical requirements to develop efficient reporting solutions.

 

The Sr Analyst, Tableau Development, will work with teammates across various teams, ranging from peers to clinicians and field operators, to executive leaders. The environment is highly collaborative and team-oriented with a focus on both professional and personal growth.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The analyst must be able to work successfully with cross-functional teams and have the maturity to interact directly with both peers and executives across departments. The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position, but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

 

·        Tableau Development

·        Create and maintain reports that play a key role in evaluating performance and informing care model decisions

·        Understand business needs/challenges and translate them into technical solutions for Tableau reports

·        Utilize SQL and relational database experience to develop and publish Tableau data sources used across multiple reports

·        Develop and maintain procedures that support the team’s reporting capabilities

·        Maintain and support development process standards defined by the analytics team

·        Communication

·        Create and maintain report documentation

·        Present and communicate reports to various stakeholders, including executive leadership and clinical teammates

·        Succinctly and clearly convey findings from reports and analyses

 

·        As-needed Analytical Support

·        Use SQL and Tableau Desktop to support ad-hoc analytic requests

 
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Tableau required

  • 3-5 years of experience with SQL and relational databases, including writing custom SQL queries, required

  • Experience working within SDLC framework, preferred

  • Healthcare data experience, preferred
